1. Could we get samples from your factory?

Yes, We provide samples, while, the freight for express is on buyer's account.

2. What customization services can you provide?

Customization service includes LOGO printing, color painting,,etc. The way of LOGOprinting is screen printing, hot stamping, sticker,etc.
A. Painting: Please provide Pantone code.
B. Logo: File in Al or PDF format. Please note in the Al file, pictures need to be embedded andletters outlined.
C. Box: Please provide your design in Al or PDF format.

3．How products are packed?

A. Without customization, common carton box.
B. With customization, carton box plus individual slots.
C. Negotiable if bubble wrap, wooden structure or other special package requested.

4．What is the lead time?

Stock Customization 7-15 days, Custom Mold Making 15-20 days.

Typically, our MOQ for stock customization is 3,000 pieces, and for custom mold making, it is 30,000 pieces.

A.For small trial order, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT,etc can be provided.

We do leak test for 3 times before packing.
